Reverse manufacturing is the main activity of reverse logistics, with the goal of disassembling and decharacterizing electronic equipment. The disassembled parts are sorted and classified to enable their reintroduction into the production chain through recycling processes. Reverse manufacturing contributes to environmental preservation by treating waste and reducing pressure to extract new natural resources.

We collect electronic equipment and/or its packaging that cannot be put on the market and transport it to our industrial unit. The material is weighed, disassembled, sorted, classified, identified, and stored so it can be reused and reintroduced into the production chain.
At the end of the process, a decharacterization/destruction certificate is issued to guarantee the protection of the brand and the security of our customers’ information. A final destination certificate for this equipment is also issued. Additionally, we provide a technical report to assist in obtaining tax deductibility of the products that have been destroyed.

Reverse logistics is a set of actions and procedures to collect and return e-waste to be reused in its cycle or in other production chains and, at the end of the process, to ensure the proper final destination of its parts or components unfit for use (waste).

We operate in the reverse logistics of post-consumer electronic equipment and its packaging, from collection to reintroduction of materials into the production chain or proper final destination of by-products. The entire process is carried out safely, ensuring full traceability. At the end of the process, a certificate of final destination of the waste is issued.

Waste valuation consists of the purchase and sale of recyclable e-waste, ensuring that waste that otherwise would have been improperly disposed of is reintroduced into the production chain.

The waste is weighed, sorted, classified, identified, and properly stored so it can be reused and reintroduced into the production chain. Destination is done together with reputable and duly approved companies. The entire process is carried out safely, ensuring the traceability and proper destination of all treated waste. At the end of this cycle, we issue a certificate of final destination of waste.

What is it?
This consists of services for the implementation and operation of a Reverse Logistics System (Individual) for manufacturers or importers of electronics and their components for home use, in compliance with federal decree No. 10,240/2020, the state’s Environmental Department resolution SMA No. 45/2015, and CETESB’s board decisions No. 035/2020/P, No. 008/2021/P, and No. 127/2021/P.
How does it work?
We develop and implement Reverse Logistics Systems (Individual) for registration with and approval by the environmental agencies (Ministry of the Environment – SINIR and CETESB – SIGOR). W3 Reversa will be the logistics operator and recycler of post-consumer electronics for home use, involving everything from collection to reintroduction of materials into the production chain or proper final destination of by-products. The entire process is carried out safely, ensuring full traceability. During the system’s operation, waste transportation manifests, invoices, certificates of final destination, and annual reports are issued to prove compliance with reverse logistics as part of the environmental permitting process.
